- Sign up — a tenant and default workspace are provisioned automatically, with trial credit included.
- Create an access key in the self-service console and put it into your app or workX client.
- When the trial credit runs out, contact us to top up; quota is restored as soon as the payment is recorded.
Billing & top-up rules
- Prepaid balance: top up first, then spend. Balance and usage are self-service in the console.
- Top-up via corporate bank transfer, recorded manually by Cangyun operations (no online payment yet).
- Settlement lags: usage is aggregated hourly, so the balance reflects the latest spend within about 2 hours.
- Quota exhausted returns HTTP 402 (auto-recovers after top-up); rate limiting returns HTTP 429 (retry later).

FAQ
- How much trial credit do I get?
- Sign-up includes trial credit plus a per-key token cap — enough for integration testing and evaluation. Running out never creates debt; requests simply return 402.
- Can prices change?
- Unit prices track upstream model vendors. Existing customers are notified before any change; remaining balance is consumed at the new rate.
- Do you issue invoices?
- Yes. Cangyun issues a VAT invoice after a bank-transfer top-up — contact sales for details.
